"We believe the unsub [unknown subject] is a local, since Pittsburgh was spelled correctly even though 'bomb' was not," spokesman says. "Also, the individual knows how to drive an automatic transmission van and enjoys fast food. So we've narrowed it down to about 87% of the local population."
