MOCKINGBURGH POLL: THE CITY'S LIGHT-UP NIGHT PLANS

On Thursday, the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership announced plans for the People Gas Holiday Market, the mascot skate, the lighting of the Unity Tree, and several other events. What do you think of this?

A) I thought we had already successfully killed off Steely McBeam, but apparently not.

B) You know, I liked it better when they called it the Sparkle Season.

C) They can call it the Unity Tree and Macy's holiday windows, but it'll always be the Horne's Tree and Kaufmann's windows to me.

D) I still miss Horne's.

E) I know it's juvenile, but I always giggle when I hear "Peoples Gas."
