MOCKINGBURGH SURVEY: THE HAYS BALD EAGLE SHRINE

After the loss of both eggs for the Hays bald eagles,  a makeshift memorial has cropped up on a fence near the nest. What do you think about this?

A) I am going to add a candle later tonight

B) I'd rather just sign the online memorial

C) I don't think eagles read

D) Didn't volunteers just remove trash from the area before nesting season began? I guess they will have some more plastic to remove next time

MOCKINGBURGH POLL: THE NINE-POINT TOUCHDOWN

The Indianapolis Colts are proposing a rule change that they are calling the nine-point touchdown. A team that scores a touchdown and succeeds on a 2-point conversion would then be allowed an opportunity for another point with a 50-year field goal. What do you think of this idea?

87% - Well the Steelers rarely get the touchdown to begin with,  so I guess the Rooneys are going to vote "no"
